“Recreational park trailer” defined. “Recreational park trailer” means a vehicle which is primarily designed to provide temporary living quarters for recreational, camping or seasonal use and which:
1. Is built on a single chassis mounted on wheels;
2. Has a gross trailer area not exceeding 400 square feet in the set-up mode; and
3. Is certified by the manufacturer as complying with Standard No. A119.5 of the American National Standards Institute.
