Future driving privileges: Deemed possession by unlicensed driver who operates vehicle in Nevada. A person who does not hold a valid license issued by this State or any other state and who operates a vehicle in this State shall be deemed to have future driving privileges that may be suspended if the person is convicted of any traffic offense in this State.
