Department to submit certain information to Welfare Division. [Expires by limitation on the date of the repeal of the federal law requiring each state to establish procedures for withholding, suspending and restricting the professional, occupational and recreational licenses for child support arrearages and for noncompliance with certain processes relating to paternity or child support proceedings.] The Department shall, upon request of the Welfare Division of the Department of Human Resources, submit to the Welfare Division the name, address and social security number of each person who has been issued a certificate of number or a validation decal and any pertinent changes in that information.
