“New manufactured home,” “new mobile home,” “new travel trailer” and “new commercial coach” defined. “New manufactured home,” “new mobile home,” “new travel trailer” or “new commercial coach” means a manufactured home, mobile home, travel trailer or commercial coach, respectively, which has never been sold at retail or occupied either prior to or after sale for the purpose intended by the manufacturer and has never been registered with or been the subject of a certificate of title issued by the appropriate agency of authority of any other state, the District of Columbia, any territory or possession of the United States or foreign state, province or country.
