Nevada Revised Statutes Section 156.040 - Wills and Estates of Deceased Persons
Who may be appointed trustee. In appointing such trustee, the court shall prefer the spouse of the missing person, or the spouse’s nominee, and, in the absence of a spouse, some relative of the missing person.
