New York Criminal Procedure Law Section 570.60 - No immunity from other criminal prosecution while in this state.

570.60    No  immunity  from other criminal prosecution while in this
           state.
After a person has been brought back  to  this  state  by  extradition
  proceedings,  he  may be tried in this state for other offenses which he
  may be charged with having committed here as well as that  specified  in
  the requisition for his extradition.
