New York General Business Law Section 599-C - Penalties.

  599-c.  Penalties.  A  violation  of the provisions of section five
  hundred ninety-nine-a of this chapter shall be punishable by a  fine  of
  not  less  than  one  hundred  dollars  and  not  to exceed one thousand
  dollars.
