New York Vehicle & Traffic Law Section 309-E - Reports.

 309-e. Reports.  The  commissioner  shall,  not  later  than January
  first, nineteen hundred seventy-eight, submit to the governor and to the
  legislature a report on the operation and maintenance of such stations.
