North Carolina General Statutes § 90-210.101 Member of Armed Forces failing to pay assessments; reinstatement

If a member of a burial association who is in the Armed Forces of the United States fails to pay any assessment, the member shall be in bad standing, and unless and until restored, shall not be entitled to benefits.
