Oregon Statutes - Chapter 133 - Arrest and Related Procedures; Search and Seizure; Extradition - Section 133.318 - Providing false foreign restraining order; false representation to police officer.

(1) Any person who provides to a peace officer a copy of a writing purporting to be a foreign restraining order as defined by ORS 24.190 knowing that no valid foreign restraining order is in effect shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.

(2) Any person who represents to a police officer that a foreign restraining order is the most recent order in effect between the parties or that the person restrained by the order has been personally served with a copy of the order or has actual notice of the order knowing that the representation is false commits a Class A misdemeanor.
