Oregon Statutes - Chapter 179 - Administration of State Institutions - Section 179.150 - Interest in contracts prohibited.

No officer of the Department of Corrections or the Department of Human Services or officer, employee or other person connected with an institution shall be pecuniarily interested in any contract for supplies or services furnished or rendered to an institution, other than the services of regular employment.
