A member of the Department of State Police who has been subpoenaed pursuant to the provisions of ORS 181.455 or 181.475, for the purpose of giving the member’s expert opinion, in lieu of attendance at the time specified in the subpoena, may agree with the party at whose request such subpoena was issued to appear at another time or pursuant to such notice as may be agreed upon.
