Oregon Statutes - Chapter 247 - Qualification and Registration of Electors - Section 247.191 - Correction of registration and memorandum cards when precinct boundaries changed.

When changes in the boundaries of a precinct are made, the county clerk may alter the registration card of an elector to conform with the change, and shall issue by nonforwardable mail a written notice of the change and a new memorandum card to the elector.
