Oregon Statutes - Chapter 284 - Organizations for Economic Development - Section 284.740 - Oregon Innovation Council research center.

(1) The Oregon Innovation Council shall establish a signature research center to maximize collaborative ventures among research institutions, the federal government and private industry that will capitalize on opportunities to obtain private and federal funding for the research and development of nanoscience and microscience products, technology and multiscale materials.

(2) The council may contract with a private, not-for-profit corporation for the administration of the center. [2005 c.748 §11]
