If the Oregon Economic and Community Development Commission approves a loan for a project, the commission shall pay moneys for the project from the Oregon Port Revolving Fund, in accordance with the terms of the loan contract as prescribed by the commission. [Formerly 285.887; 2001 c.883 §14]
