Oregon Statutes - Chapter 291 - State Financial Administration - Section 291.328 - Board may require presentation of evidence to support requests for action; board to report its action to agencies concerned.

Before the Emergency Board makes any allocation, grants any authorization or approves any budget under ORS 291.326, it may require the state agency in question to submit written evidence to justify the allocation, authorization or approval and may require the head of the agency to appear before it in support thereof. The Emergency Board may also require the Director of the Oregon Department of Administrative Services to submit a written report as to the need and justification for the allocation, authorization or approval. Upon making an allocation, granting an authorization or approving a budget, the Emergency Board shall file with the department, the Secretary of State and the state agency in question a copy of the order of allocation, grant of authorization or approved budget.
