Oregon Statutes - Chapter 30 - Actions and Suits in Particular Cases - Section 30.664 - Punitive damages.

In an action to recover damages for harm caused by a computer date failure, a court may award punitive damages against a defendant only if the claimant proves by clear and convincing evidence that the defendant acted fraudulently or with malice. [1999 c.810 §8]
