Each district school board shall adopt policies governing the solicitation and sale of travel services to students enrolled in kindergarten through grade 12. The policies shall address the solicitation and sale of travel services to students on school property under the jurisdiction of the school district, at activities under the jurisdiction of the school district and at interscholastic activities administered by a voluntary organization approved by the State Board of Education under ORS 339.430.
