The Department of Community Colleges and Workforce Development may receive bond counsel services and financial advisory services through the Department of Higher Education. If the Department of Community Colleges and Workforce Development receives services through the Department of Higher Education, the Department of Community Colleges and Workforce Development is not obligated to obtain bond counsel services or financial advisory services as otherwise prescribed in ORS 286A.130 and 286A.132.
