(1) Each school district shall make assistive technology devices or assistive technology services, or both, available to a child with a disability if required as part of a child’s special education, related services or supplementary aids and services.
(2) The State Board of Education shall establish by rule the definitions of assistive technology devices and assistive technology services. [1993 c.749 §15]
