For a child who is enrolled under ORS 346.010 and who has mental retardation or a developmental disability, the Department of Education shall notify the community mental health and developmental disabilities program of the date of the annual review of the individual education plan of the child for the purpose of including in the review the assigned case manager’s assessment of community resources that are available for treatment or residential needs the child might have.
