In consultation with private sector lenders, the Oregon Student Assistance Commission shall establish the terms and conditions, including but not limited to maturities and repayment provisions, of student loans for which the commission shall provide funding. The commission may also set standards of academic achievement which borrowers must maintain to receive loans. [1987 c.842 §4]
