Oregon State University shall execute the trust created by the last will and testament of John T. Apperson, deceased. The university shall administer the fund provided for and designated in the will as the J. T. Apperson Agricultural College Educational Fund. [Amended by 1969 c.594 §52; 1995 c.118 §1]
