Oregon Statutes - Chapter 377 - Highway Beautification; Motorist Information Signs - Section 377.773 - When sign abandoned; removal.

Any sign that does not have a message on the display surface for a period of six months is deemed to have been abandoned by the owner and is a noncomplying sign subject to removal by the Director of Transportation under the procedure set forth in ORS 377.775.
