Oregon Statutes - Chapter 396 - Militia Generally - Section 396.128 - Operation of regulations adopted by Adjutant General.

If the Adjutant General adopts regulations for the organization, discipline and governance of the organized militia, the Adjutant General shall specify in the regulations a date on which the regulations become operative for the purposes of all conduct occurring on or after the specified date. The provisions of ORS chapters 396, 398 and 399 do not apply to any conduct occurring on or after the specified date. [2005 c.512 §47]
