Oregon Statutes - Chapter 401 - Emergency Services and Communications - Section 401.259 - Agency liaison with Office of Emergency Management.

(1) The following departments shall designate a person within each department to act as a liaison with the Office of Emergency Management:

(a) The Department of Transportation;

(b) The State Department of Agriculture;

(c) The Department of Environmental Quality;

(d) The Department of Human Services;

(e) The State Department of Energy;

(f) The Oregon Department of Administrative Services;

(g) The Department of State Police;

(h) The State Department of Geology and Mineral Industries; and

(i) The Oregon Military Department.

(2) Each person designated as a liaison under subsection (1) of this section shall assist in the coordination of the functions of the person’s department that relate to emergency preparedness and response with similar functions of the Office of Emergency Management. [2007 c.740 §8]
