(1) The JOBS Plus Advisory Board is established. The board shall advise the Department of Human Services and the Employment Department in the direction and administration of the JOBS Plus Program established under ORS 316.680, 411.877 to 411.896 and 657.925. The board shall have seven members, consisting of six representatives of the business community and one employed former recipient of temporary assistance for needy families, the food stamp program or the unemployment insurance program.
(2) The Governor shall appoint new members from nominees recommended by the board.
(3) Members appointed to the board shall serve terms of three years. [1995 c.561 §7 and 1995 c.816 §20; 1997 c.581 §19]
