The Health Services Commission shall establish a Subcommittee on Mental Health Care and Chemical Dependency to assist the commission in determining priorities for mental health care and chemical dependency. The subcommittee shall include mental health and chemical dependency professionals who provide inpatient and outpatient mental health and chemical dependency care.
