Oregon Statutes - Chapter 469 - Energy; Conservation Programs; Energy Facilities - Section 469.110 - Dealings with federal government; intervention by State Department of Energy in agency action.

(1) As to any matter involving the federal government, its departments or agencies, which is within the scope of the power and duties of the State Department of Energy, the department may represent its interest or, upon request, may represent the interest of any county, city, state agency, special district or owner or operator of any energy facility.

(2) The department may intervene in any proceeding undertaken by an agency for the purpose of expressing its views as to the effect of an agency action, upon state energy resources and state energy policy. [1975 c.606 §12]
