Oregon Statutes - Chapter 471 - Alcoholic Liquors Generally - Section 471.800 - Restrictions on out-of-state wine; imposition.

If by the laws of another state or by the rules and regulations of any administrative body or authorized agency thereof or therein, market restrictions are imposed that prevent or tend to prevent the sale of wine manufactured in Oregon in free and unrestricted competition with like kinds of wine manufactured in such other state, the Oregon Liquor Control Commission is authorized and directed to impose similar restrictions in Oregon upon such wine manufactured in such other state and offered for sale in Oregon.
