Each member of the State Fish and Wildlife Commission, the State Fish and Wildlife Director and every inspector, deputy fish warden, special deputy fish warden, and all peace officers of this state or any political subdivision therein, shall enforce the commercial fishing laws within their respective jurisdictions. In the performance of these duties such officers are subject to the direction and control of the commission or director. [1965 c.570 §39; 2001 c.104 §224]
