Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is punishable, upon conviction, by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $500, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not less than 30 nor more than 90 days, or by both. Justice courts have concurrent jurisdiction with circuit courts in all prosecutions under this chapter.
