Violation of any provision of ORS 585.010 to 585.220 is punishable, upon conviction, by a fine of not more than $1,000, or by confinement in the county jail for not more than one year, or both. [Subsection (2) of 1957 Replacement Part enacted as 1957 c.454 §14; 1959 c.512 §1]
