Oregon Statutes - Chapter 586 - Warehouses; Grain and Commodity Inspection - Section 586.590 - Review by department of decisions as to grades.

If any owner, consignee or shipper of grain or other commodity, or the agent or broker of the owner, consignee or shipper or any warehouseman, is aggrieved at the grading of such commodity, the aggrieved person may appeal to the State Department of Agriculture as provided in ORS 632.960. Notice of appeal to the department shall state that the party appeals from the decision of the inspector and shall specify the initials and numbers of cars or motor vehicles or the name of the ship in which the commodity was contained when inspected and graded.
