(1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, no person shall sell, offer for sale, hold for sale, or bake a loaf of bread in violation of the provisions of ORS 625.010 to 625.270 or orders thereunder.
(2) The provisions of ORS 625.220 do not apply to bread sold at an occasional temporary bake sale held by a fraternal, religious, social or service organization. [1963 c.594 §8; 1987 c.472 §6]
