In addition to the filings of an order establishing a protected area as required by ORS 561.530 (1), a certified copy of such order shall be filed with the Secretary of State, accompanied by a map of a scale of at least one inch per mile, which documents shall be maintained as a public record in the office of the Secretary of State. Upon such required filings, the protected area shall be deemed to be a governmental subdivision of the state and a public body corporate. [1973 c.341 §26]
