Oregon Statutes - Chapter 663 - Labor Relations Generally - Section 663.210 - Enforcement of orders by Court of Appeals; injunctive relief; notice of filing enforcement petition; authority of court in reviewing order.

The Employment Relations Board may petition the Court of Appeals for the enforcement of an order and for appropriate temporary relief or restraining order, and shall file in the court the record in the proceedings. On the filing of the petition the court shall cause notice thereof to be served upon such person, and thereupon it has jurisdiction of the proceeding and the question determined therein. It may grant such temporary relief or restraining order as it considers just and proper, and make and enter a judgment enforcing, modifying and enforcing as so modified, or setting aside in whole or in part the order of the board.
