A person who violates any provision of ORS 671.310 to 671.459, or any rule of the State Landscape Architect Board adopted thereunder, is guilty of a misdemeanor. Subject to ORS 161.655, a court may impose on the person a fine of not less than $250 or more than $5,000, a term of imprisonment of not more than six months, or both. [2001 c.950 §8; 2003 c.14 §426]
