Notwithstanding the existence and pursuit of any other remedy, the Board of Examiners of Nursing Home Administrators may maintain an action in the name of the state for injunction or other process or proceedings against any person, firm, corporation or governmental unit to restrain or prevent the illegal conduct or operation of a nursing home in violation of ORS 678.710 to 678.780, 678.800 to 678.840 and 678.990 (2).
