All moneys received by the Oregon Health Licensing Agency under ORS 679.025, 680.500 to 680.570 and 743A.028 shall be paid into the General Fund in the State Treasury and placed to the credit of the Oregon Health Licensing Agency Account, and such moneys are appropriated continuously to and shall be used by the agency only for the administration and enforcement of ORS 679.025, 680.500 to 680.570, 680.990 (2) and 743A.028.
