(1) Any licensee licensed by the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners shall, and any other person may, report to the board any suspected violations of this chapter.
(2) Information pertaining to the report required by subsection (1) of this section shall remain confidential and not be subject to public disclosure except as considered necessary by the board in the enforcement of this chapter.
(3) Any person who reports or provides information to the board under this section in good faith shall not be subject to an action for civil damages as a result thereof. [1985 c.354 §7; 1991 c.892 §14]
