On or after the date stated in the administrative rules adopted by the Board of Examiners of Licensed Dietitians, no person who is not licensed under ORS 691.435 shall practice or attempt to practice as a licensed dietitian using in connection with the name of the person the words or letters “L.D.,” or “Licensed Dietitian.” [1989 c.487 §2]
