The State Mortuary and Cemetery Board may revoke, suspend or refuse to renew a license issued to a funeral establishment or immediate disposition company if the board finds any of the following in regard to the establishment or company or its operation:
(1) Any of the causes specified in ORS 692.180.
(2) Violation of ORS 692.025 (3).
