It shall be unlawful for any person holding a temporary license under ORS 694.095 to make or attempt to sell a hearing aid to a person unless the temporary licensee has successfully passed the qualifying examination or the supervising licensee has certified to the Oregon Health Licensing Agency that the temporary licensee has received adequate training.
