Oregon Statutes - Chapter 696 - Real Estate and Escrow Activities - Section 696.880 - Licensee not required to disclose proximity of registered sex offender.

Nothing in ORS 181.586, 181.587, 181.588, 181.589, 696.301, 696.805, 696.810, 696.815 or 696.855 creates an obligation on the part of a person licensed under this chapter to disclose to a potential purchaser of residential property that a convicted sex offender registered under ORS 181.595, 181.596 or 181.597 resides in the area.
