Oregon Statutes - Chapter 716 - Savings Banks - Section 716.556 - Investment in loans secured by pledged notes or bonds.

A savings bank may invest in loans secured by pledge of the notes or bonds specified in ORS 716.552, if the notes or bonds pledged as collateral are at least 25 percent more than the loans which they secure. [1973 c.797 §371b]
