Oregon Statutes - Chapter 722 - Savings Associations - Section 722.212 - Trust business powers.

A domestic association may, in addition to other powers granted by this chapter, conduct a trust business. In the conduct of a trust business an association may exercise all the powers of a trust company, as defined by ORS 709.150, upon compliance with the laws of this state relating to the regulation of a trust business.
