As used in ORS 743.871 to 743.893:
(1) “In-network” means performed by a provider or provider group that has directly contracted with the insurer.
(2) “Out-of-network” means performed by a provider or provider group that has not contracted or has indirectly contracted with the insurer. [2007 c.390 §1]
