Oregon Statutes - Chapter 807 - Driving Privileges and Identification Cards - Section 807.175 - Motorcycle education course for persons under 21 years of age.

The Department of Transportation may not issue a motorcycle endorsement to any person who is under 21 years of age unless the person shows to the satisfaction of the department that the person has successfully completed a motorcycle rider education course established by the department under ORS 802.320.
