Oregon Statutes - Chapter 83 - Retail Installment Contracts - Section 83.610 - Delivery to buyer of instrument indicating full payment; release of security.

After the payment of all sums for which the buyer is obligated under a retail installment contract or other security agreement, as defined in ORS 79.0102, and upon written demand made by the buyer, the holder of such contract or agreement shall mail to the buyer at the buyer’s last-known address, good and sufficient instruments to indicate payment in full and to release all security in the motor vehicle.
